I’d love to share a glimpse of what awaits us during this wellness retreat. The exact schedule will be confirmed later, but I can already promise that these four days will be truly special—filled with movement, balance, and mindful connection with yourself.

As always, we will enjoy two daily workouts designed to nurture your body, mind, and soul. If the weather allows, we will have workout sessions in the park near the hotel.

One of the highlights of the retreat will be a gong sound ritual (the exact day and time will be confirmed soon)—a unique sound journey that helps you relax deeply and release inner tension.

We will also take part in a guided excursion through the legendary Tiškevičiai Park in Palanga, where you’ll hear fascinating stories and love legends connected to this beautiful place.

Another magical experience will be the “Herbal Tea Creation Ritual – A Mindful Tea Ceremony with a Herbalist.” During this session, you’ll learn about the healing properties of various herbs, create your own personalized herbal blend, and take home your self-made herbal tea as a warm memory from the retreat.

Weather permitting, we’ll also enjoy morning stretching sessions by the sea—a truly special time to be with your thoughts, your breath, and the soothing rhythm of the waves.

On the final evening—or perhaps earlier, depending on the weather—we’re planning a seaside photo session titled “Rediscover Yourself Differently.” This beautiful moment will capture you in the golden light of the Palanga sunset, preserving your radiant energy and natural beauty in timeless photographs. And we’ll be doing the photo session ourselves! 👯🏻♀️🙌
