Investing in a private session gives you the undivided attention and expert guidance you need to feel confident in your fitness journey. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your routine, this is your chance to take meaningful steps toward the results you want.

The coaching will begin with an introductory video call consultation and will include the implementation of programs and/or meal plans under Jolanta's recommendation. It will then follow with weekly guidance (text messages) & progress check-ins.

What to Expect in Your Private Session:

This personalized session is all about YOU - your goals, your needs, and your fitness journey. Here's what we'll achieve together:

  1. Goal Discovery: We'll discuss your fitness aspirations in detail, whether you're aiming to strengthen your muscles, tone your body, alleviate discomfort (as long as there are no serious injuries), or lose weight. Together, we'll identify realistic and motivating goals.

  2. Health and Fitness Evaluation: I'll assess your current physical condition and fitness level, ensuring that every aspect of the session is safe, effective, and tailored to you.

  3. Customized Training Experience: I'll guide you through a hands-on training session designed to match your fitness level and aligned with your personal objectives. You'll leave with exercises that you can confidently incorporate into your routine.

  4. Expert Guidance on Training Strategies: We’ll discuss the most effective training methods for your goals, empowering you with knowledge to keep progressing - whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, or managing your weight.

This coaching is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a personalized approach to achieving your fitness goals with a continuous weekly support & advices from Jolanta
