This meal plan was designed for women who lead an active lifestyle and engage in regular exercise - at least three times a week. It is made up of protein-rich meals that will help you maintain and gain lean muscle while limiting fat gain. This nutrition plan is based on my personal experience. It will improve your energy levels while keeping you lean and healthy!

Average calorie intake: 1800 cal/day

All meal plans are non-vegetarian. 

All dishes are simple and quick to prepare. 

What is included:

  • Daily meal suggestions for that includes various products, including chicken, beef, lamb, and fish.
  • Daily meal suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. 
  • Each day includes a balanced nutrient intake. 
  • You will also find various products with which you can replace the products in the daily menu if you do not like or do not like them.
  • General advice on how to prepare your meals, which product to include and which I recommend avoiding.
