What is included in this program? 
- The Arms program consists of 7 different workout sessions. 
- Exercises for various levels are included in this program, from beginner to intermediate. 
- It is suited for women over their 40s. 
- Each session is different and gets more difficult as you become stronger. 
- You will do both weight training and exercises without weights.
- There’s no time limit for completing the whole program. It is a one time payment.
